- While you lie down and totally relax, I help to accelerate your deep healing, clear existing unwanted blockages to health and promote a deep sense of well-being in you.

About Janie
- Complementary health practitioner for over twenty years
- Studied reflexology in London, qualifying in 1999 with Distinction
- First Reiki degree in 1998 and the second in 2001
- Travelled to Northern Thailand in 2003, became a Reiki Master/Teacher there in 2005, in both Usui Reiki and Shamballa Reiki Healing
- Returned to hometown Cheltenham and in 2008 was offered the role of manager at the Isbourne Holistic Centre in Cheltenham
- Took a further Reiki Master level in 2015
- Left The Isbourne in December 2016 to focus 100% on my own business
- Trained and qualified as a Havening Techniques® Practitioner, adding this to my range of skills acquired over the last 21 years.
