I have seen from first hand experience looking after my father what a complex and difficult process it can be to find excellent private care. Our aim is to make it as simple as possible for those families that want to make their own choices for care at home and provide the real alternative to residential care that is right for so many people. About Us
We’re really proud of our team of dedicated carers who look after our clients so well. They are committed to their work and often go the extra mile to make sure the people they look after are safe and happy. As a result, our clients build trust and close relationships with their regular carers, and in turn, our carers enjoy the time they spend with clients. Many have been carers previously and some come to us with other experience such as giving care to family members, so they have a deep appreciation of the personalised approach to care. All our team are given specialist training and professional development.
David Chalk is the founder and managing director of Windrush Care. Previously chairman of Oxfordshire homecare agency Mary Knowles Homecare, he is a Trustee of an Almshouse Charity and a former director of Age Concern Enterprises.
